Processing

All orders are subject to processing time (2-4 business days) that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our studio by our contracted bearer. This stands for all orders whether Pickup, Direct Deliveries, Knutsford Express & Zipmail.

After your payment is authorized and verified, orders can still take up to 4 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

 

Payment

We provide various payment methods to allow ease of transaction for our customers.

- Pay Cash on Delivery/Pickup
You have the option of paying cash upon delivery when our bearer arrives with your package. This will be confirmed prior to the delivery and is ONLY available to Kingston, Portmore & Spanish Town orders.

- Pay via Bank Deposit (Scotia)
Account details are presented upon checkout once you have selected bank deposit. This information should be captured and manually entered to deposit funds from any local bank. Jamaican Dollar Totals should be requested upon order completion. Proof of payment should be sent to our Whatsapp number @ 1876-488-1991 for complete order confirmation. Cross bank transfer may take 1-3 business days, however once reflected your order will be sent out.

- Pay via Card (Online Portal - EZZEE PAYMENTS)
Payment details are presented upon checkout once you have selected Card Online. This information should be captured and manually entered into your browser to process payment. Proof of payment should be sent to our Whatsapp number @ 1876-488-1991 for complete order confirmation. Payment is received immediately with email confirmation.

- Pay via Card (Online Portal - PAYPAL)
Direct payment when ordering is possible through our Paypal portal, prices are displayed using their exchange however you can select to use the exchange rate of the bank to which your card is assigned. You don't require a Paypal account to checkout and pay.

- Pay via Card (In-store)
You have the option of paying card upon pickup with our ScotiaBank POS Machine. 

Shipping/Delivery 

We utilize multiple shipping and delivery couriers to send packages overseas and in Jamaica. Once your order is processed, your delivery/ shipping date will be sent to you via email or Whatsapp text.

Store Pickup:
Orders are available for pickup at our Self-care Studio, located at Shop #9, 124 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, open Wed-Fri (11am-5pm) & 12pm - 3pm on Saturdays. After checkout orders must be processed before available for pickup. After processing you will be notified when your package is ready for collection. Packages not collected within 5 business days will be cancelled.

Direct Delivery: (Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays)

After payment confirmation you will be notified your delivery day and time via email or Whatsapp text.

Kingston (Bearer Service): $1000
Portmore/Spanish Town (Bearer Service): $1500

Knutsford Express (Island-wide): Thursdays & Sundays- Pay upon collection
Online payment only.
After payment confirmation and processing you will be notified which shipping day your package is in. Once sent off your courier number will be sent via Whatsapp message. A $700 is to be paid to Knutsford Express upon collection. Packages are available the following day. Your shipping day is dependent on when the order is placed, payment is confirmed and then processed.

Zipmail (Islandwide): Wednesdays & Fridays - $800
Online payment only
. After payment confirmation and processing you will be notified which shipping day your package is in. Once sent off your tracking number will be sent via Whatsapp message. Packages are usually available in 1-3 business days. Your shipping day is dependent on when the order is placed, payment is confirmed and then processed.

Terms & Conditions

Payments
Payment via Bank Deposit is currently only available to Scotiabank. Deposits from any local bank is accepted, however cross banks transfer may take 1-3 business day. The order will not be shipped until funds have reflected in our account. Orders placed to be paid via Bank Deposit or Online via Ezee Pyaments must submit proof of payment within 48 hours via Whatsapp @ 1876-488-1991 to begin processing. After 48 hours the order will be cancelled.

Shipping
When placing your order, be sure to enter the full correct address in coordination with the delivery option selected. If Direct Delivery is selected ensure to enter the address you can be located in the delivery address boxes, Knutsford Express & Zipmail orders must contain the specific branch & parish desired and should also be entered into the address box. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us on Whatsapp @ 1876-488-1991 immediately or via email at relline.co@gmail.com.

Missing, Wrong, Damaged Products 
If you receive an incomplete order, incorrect item or an item was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at 1876-488-1991 Whatsapp or Call, or via email at relline.co@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a picture of everything you received inside your order package. Please contact us within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement.

Returns
All orders are final sale. We do not offer any returns or exchanges unless an incorrect item is received.

Refunds
